Our History
FoodSource Lure Corporation develops and commercializes products using patented blends of animal feed ingredients.
FoodSource Lure Corporation originally was formed for the purpose of commercializing a breakthrough fishing lure technology developed by fisheries and food scientists at Auburn University. Auburn's talented development team included Dr. Russell Wright from the Department of Fisheries and Allied Aquacultures, and Dr. Jean Weese and Dr. Leonard Bell from the Department of Nutrition and Food Science.
FoodSource lures were named as one of the greatest 50 fishing lures of all time by Field & Stream. They are sold in stores across the U.S. and in several other countries.
A partial list of additional new products in production or development is:
* bait for oral delivery of biologics and pharmaceuticals to wildlife;
* ground mole repellent worms for lawn & garden use; and
* deer feeds and other hunting products.
